Payment Terms

 

1. Accepted payment methods:

We accept a variety of secure payment options, including:

Ensure payments are sent via the method you select at checkout.

2. Currencies and processing:

• All prices and payments are processed in Your Local Currency, e.g.AUD
  • Payments will be processed using secure systems to protect your financial information.

3. Order and payment confirmation:

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once payment is authorised and processed successfully, we’ll send a payment confirmation.
  Please review all confirmations for accuracy and let us know immediately if something looks incorrect.

4. When payment is due:

Unless otherwise stated:
• Payment is due at the time of order, and orders will not be processed or delivered until payment has been received in full.
• For custom, bulk, or business orders, alternate payment terms (e.g., partial deposits) may be agreed via contract before fulfilment.

5. Deposits and progress payments (if applicable)

For larger or custom orders:
• A deposit (e.g., 20–50%) may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule before final delivery.

6. Late payments:

• If payments are not received by the due date, a late fee or interest charge may apply.
  • Orders not cleared within agreed terms may be suspended or cancelled until payment is settled.

7. Refunds and cancellations:

• Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing before work is started or items are dispatched.
  • If work has already begun, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
